Due to the high wall thickness of the pipes, as well as the applied PP material without mineral modifier, an ideal balance between high stiffness and resistance to impact can be reached.

PP buried (underground) sewage systems contains compact type pipes, with monolayer wall in terms of composition and structure, smooth type both externally and internally and joint fittings according SR EN 1852 – 1/2.

– Maximum temperatures of waste water transported through PP systems can be 95 degrees, much more supported temperatures in PE systems and PVC – U being limited to 60 degrees.
– The pipes are chanffred at the both ends for easy jointing.
– The estimated lifetime of PP system is at least 50 years.
Suitable for: Laying in an open trench. SR EN 1852-1

In this type of pipe the mechanical properties are the same as in the case of multilayer pipes, however, the specific weight is higher. Diameter range is similar to the one produced in case of multilayer pipes, the ring stiffness SN4 (SDR41), SN8 (SDR34).
The main characteristic of the PVC-U multilayer pipes is the wall structure which is composed of three independent layers of PVC-U. The range of diameters is between 110mm and 500mm with ring stiffness: SN2 (SDR51), SN4 (SDR41) and SN8 (SDR34).
